Terms of Use
Last updated June 2026
This is a small blog and a one-mom Etsy shop, so these terms are short and written in plain words. By using the site or downloading anything from it, you're agreeing to them. If they ever change, I update this page and put the new date at the top, so you can always see what's current.
The printables and what you can do with them
This is the part that matters most, so I'll be clear about it. Every printable and download here is for personal, non-commercial use. Print as many copies as you want for your own kids, your home, your classroom, or your daycare group. That's exactly what they're made for.
Here's where the line sits: please don't resell them, hand the files around, post them somewhere for others to grab, or pass them off as your own work. The designs, the artwork, and the words on this site are mine, copyright Rosy & Hush. Keeping that in your hands and not the whole internet's is what lets me keep making the free ones.
Use the ideas at your own risk
I share every activity in good faith, the way I'd share it with a friend at my kitchen table. You know your child and your space; I don't. So stay in the room, supervise the play, and skip anything that isn't a fit. None of this is professional advice, and I spell out exactly what I mean by that on the medical disclaimer page. If something here ever goes sideways at your house, that one's on the play, not on me.
Links to other places
I link out a lot, to my Etsy shop, to Pinterest, sometimes to a product or a post I think will help. Once you click away, you're on someone else's site, and I can't vouch for what lives there or how it changes. Their content and their rules are their own.
The boring legal bit
The site comes as-is, and I can't promise it'll be perfect or never go down. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for anything that comes from using it. These terms follow the law of the State of Ohio, United States. That's the whole of it, no fine print hiding behind it.
Questions?
If anything here is unclear, or you want to use a printable in a way these terms don't cover, just ask. Email me at hello@rosyandhush.com or use my contact page. I'd much rather say yes to a real question than leave you guessing.
